1. Children must be booked into the centre by an adult. No child is to be left in the Centre unattended.

2. All children under eight years old must be supervised at all times by a parent, carer or guardian.

3. All parties/groups must ensure that there is one adult to every five children (if all are over eight years old). A ratio of one adult to three children if they are under 8 years old.

4. Children must comply with height restriction barriers for each zone.

5. No child over 12 years is allowed to play on any equipment.

6. No adults allowed to play on any equipment.

7. Shoes must not be worn in any play zone except 'The Jelly Village'. Vehicles in the Jelly Village must not be crashed, pushed by another person or 'driven' out of the Village.

8. Appropriate clothing must be worn. Ideally, legs and arms should be covered. Accompanying adults must take responsibility for any child in their care.

9. No animals, except guide dogs are permitted onto the premises.

10. No jewellery, spectacles, watches, rings, badges etc. that may cause injury or damage to equipment are to be worn whilst playing.

11. No smoking on the premises.

12. The Jelly Club does not accept any responsibility or liability for loss or damage to any personal belongings.

13. The Jelly Club does not accept any responsibility or liability for loss, injury or damage sustained by or to any person using the premises.

14. All injuries must be reported to a member of staff.

15. Only food and drink that has been purchased at The Jelly Club Cafe may be consumed on the premises.

16. Children who are unwell should not use the facilities.

17. Management reserve the right to refuse admission.

18. All deposits are non-refundable.

19. Refunds are not granted if sessions are cut short.

20. Discounts will not apply when 'Special Offers' are currently running.
